How to Use the Fledbag Original
Using the Fledbag Original is straightforward and designed to make big-bag emptying both safe and efficient:

• Position the Fledbag Original upright on a stable, level surface.
• Use a forklift, front loader or similar lifting device to raise the big bag by its lifting loops.
• Carefully lower the big bag so that the pointed tip of the Fledbag pierces the bottom fabric of the bag. The foldable handle helps prevent damage if the bag is slightly misaligned.
• Once the Fledbag has penetrated the fabric, lift the bag a little to relieve pressure on the valve mechanism and ensure smooth operation.
• Pull the handle to open the integrated gate valve. The Fledbag Original will now release the material in a controlled flow. Adjust the opening to achieve the desired dosing speed.
• Push the handle forward to close the valve tightly. This ensures clean handling with minimal spillage.
• When the bag is empty or you have dispensed the required amount, lower the remaining contents safely and remove the Fledbag for the next use.

This simple process allows you to empty and dose big bags quickly and precisely while maintaining a clean working environment.
